Shipping Policy

We use Standard Delivery – Age verified £4.95 (2-4 working days), free over £90 spend.

Most of the time, we will prepare your order to be dispatched as soon as we receive it. However, please allow 1-2 working days for the parcel to leave our warehouse.

If you’re based in North London’s N17 & N15 postcodes, we will deliver your order the next working day through bike courier.​
​
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the courier processes your order.
​
​We use Age Verified Delivery (2-4 working days), meaning that you will be asked to prove your age if you appear to be under 25. Please be ready to show your ID or any other relevant proof of age. Failure to do so may result in the item not being delivered

​In a rush? If you live in London and cannot wait for our standard delivery times, please give us a call or drop us a message — we will do anything in our power to accommodate your needs and get your order delivered as soon as possible.

​Please note that due to the evolving global COVID-19 situation and local delivery restrictions across many countries, courier lead times may be impacted. We constantly work with our couriers to make sure your parcel arrives on time; you’ll be given your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse and is with our courier.

Age Restricted Items

By law we cannot sell alcoholic products to persons under the age of 18. Proof of ID may be requested when ordering these products. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18, as applicable.
By placing an order for these products, you are confirming that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is truthful and correct.
Pursuant to the Licensing Act 1964 it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of £1000.

Return & Exchange Policy
When placing an order, please ensure that you are clear on the delivery options and age requirements.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or a voucher for the amount of your purchase. We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of your purchase.
Returned items must not show any signs of wear or use and must be returned in their original sealable conditions. Discounted items can’t be returned or exchanged.

I’ve you’ve ordered something by mistake then you may be able to cancel it if it hasn’t left our warehouse. Email us at hello@bottledcocktialcompany.com stating CANCELLATION on the message subject.
